TRASLATIONAL RESEARCH
This course is for orthodontists who would like to learn experimental research methodologies applied to everyday clinical practice. Over the course of four days, participants will learn how to do indexed research on Pubmed, and will be introduced to various clinical protocols of applied research which will then be carried out on a patient, with the aim to obtain publication on international journals. The course will be held at P.O.I Clinic ( ‘Progetto Odontoiatrico Internazionale’, International Orthodontics Project) in Cartagena de India, Colombia. Founded and directed by Professor Mauro Ferri, the clinic carries out research in collaboration with Fundacion Ardec Colombia, whose Scientific Director is Dr Daniele Botticelli.

The course is sponsored by Rafael Nu˜nez University in Cartagena, which will issue a diploma. The clinical developments obtained by the group will be presented at the University in the form of a report on Thursday.
