We will present and discuss cases relevant to reconstructive surgery of the upper jaw, in particular in treating the maxillary sinuses with special attention to complex rehabilitation and the possible insertion of immediate loading implants by using bone grafting of homologous bank bones.

12.00-13.00 a.m.: lunch break

13.00-16.30 p.m.:
Live Surgery of a complex case of the rehabilitation of the maxillary sinuses with bone grafting of blocks of homologous bank bone and the simultaneous insertion of implants.
During the surgery, it will be possible to interact with the surgeon from the classroom and, depending on availability, assist surgery in the operating theatre.

The professional refresher day held in Crotone with speaker Doctor Alessandro Viscioni finished successfully.
In the morning, we provided concepts relevant to the atrophic jaw reconstruction technique by using the homologous bone from the Tissue Bank.
In the afternoon, we performed a surgery and forecasted it live; there was the bilateral reconstruction of the maxillary sinuses with bone grafting of blocks of homologous bone and the simultaneous insertion of 6 TSK conical connection implants as planned by the CAT.
The 10 attending doctors and the patient were greatly satisfied.
